If you're in the U.S., yes. We must verify your prescription as required by law before shipping your lenses.
We’ll contact your eye doctor directly. Or you can upload a valid prescription during checkout.
Typically 1 business day. If we don’t hear back from your eye care provider in 8 hours, we may proceed under FTC guidelines.

For safety ad hygiene reasons, opened lenses cannot be returned unless defective.

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Use multi-purpose solution to clean and store lenses. Never use tap water or saliva.
