Order

How do I place an order?

Simply add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter shipping information and complete payment.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?

Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us immediately for any changes. If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make modifications.

How can I track my order?

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to check order status.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

Currently we do not offer gift wrapping, but you may add a message in the “Notes” section at checkout.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled due to payment issues, out-of-stock items, or failed prescription verification.

Do I need an account to order?

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you view your order history, save prescriptions, and track shipments.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the steps. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder.

How can I update my email or shipping address?

Log in and go to your account settings. For orders already placed, contact us as soon as possible.

Why is my account inactive?

Accounts may be deactivated if there’s been no purchase activity for an extended period. Contact us to reactivate.

Prescription Verification

Do I need a prescription to buy lenses?

If you're in the U.S., yes. We must verify your prescription as required by law before shipping your lenses.

How do you verify my prescription?

We’ll contact your eye doctor directly. Or you can upload a valid prescription during checkout.

How long does verification take?

Typically 1 business day. If we don’t hear back from your eye care provider in 8 hours, we may proceed under FTC guidelines.

Can I upload my prescription after placing the order?

Yes, but it may delay processing. Upload it as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Yes. All lenses are manufactured by certified brands and meet international safety standards (FDA, CE, ISO).


Do you sell lenses for astigmatism or toric lenses?

Yes. You can browse our toric lenses collection for astigmatism.

What’s the difference between daily, monthly, and yearly lenses?

It refers to how long the lenses can be worn once opened. Always follow care instructions and discard as recommended.

Will colored lenses show up on dark eyes?

Many of our lenses are designed for dark eyes. Check the product page for coverage details.

Are the colors exactly the same as the photos?

Color results may vary based on your natural eye color, lighting, and screen display.

Do your lenses enlarge the eyes?

Lenses with a limbal ring or a larger diameter can create a dolly-eye effect. Look for this in the product features.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

How long will it take to get my orders?

For safety ad hygiene reasons, opened lenses cannot be returned unless defective.

What if I received the wrong item?

We’ll fix it. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How do I clean reusable lenses?

Use multi-purpose solution to clean and store lenses. Never use tap water or saliva.

Can I sleep in my contacts?

No, unless specifically approved. Sleeping in lenses increases risk of infection.

When should I replace my lens case?

Every 1 month to avoid bacteria build-up.

Cosplay & Special Effects

Are your cosplay lenses safe?

Yes, they are made to the same safety standards as regular colored lenses.

Can I wear cosplay lenses with prescription?

Some designs are available in power. Check individual product listings.
